The drinks menu, curated by restaurant manager and seasoned sommelier, Sophie Johnston, is an amalgamation of inventive cocktails (many of which feature our very own Cliveden Gin), regional Victorian wines, craft beers and more.

We partnered with Bass & Flinders to create our very own blend of gin, The Cliveden Gin. It’s a flavourful gin featuring Mediterranean botanicals such as rosemary, oregano and bitter almond, as well as native botanicals.
