One of Britain’s culinary crowns has arrived at The Cliveden.  Our seasonal Sunday Roast is a tradition re-imagined featuring four mouth-watering meats designed to share. The feast will rotate weekly.

$48 per person, including roast, sides and a glass of wine

Changing weekly roasts:

Slow roasted shoulder of lamb. served with ancient grain ragout and a roasted cauliflower, chickpeas and yoghurt salad

Jack’s Creek Wagyu beef rump, Dijon mustard served with roasted seasonal vegetables and a Panzanella salad

Marinated free range chicken (yoghurt, cumin, oregano, preserved lemon) served with oven roasted broccolini topped with Parmesan cheese and a broad bean and Israeli couscous salad

Grain fed Angus beef brisket served with buttery mash potato, Yorkshire pudding, peas and a cabbage and carrot slaw
